Our Services Are Funded Through FSCD & PDD
If your child or family member qualifies for FSCD or PDD support in Alberta, CareBridge is an approved service provider. We work directly with your agreement to deliver the services you’re funded for.
FSCD
Alberta Program
Family Support for Children with Disabilities
FSCD is an Alberta government program that helps families care for children with disabilities at home and in the community. CareBridge provides FSCD-approved community support, life skills, respite care, and transportation services.
PDD
Alberta Program
Persons with Developmental Disabilities
PDD supports adults aged 18+ with developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives in their communities. CareBridge delivers PDD-approved community support, residential care, and integration programming.
